Rules of Acceptance to Yayasan School

  • [ENGLISH] bagi kanak-kanak dan murid-murid yang bertukar dari sekolah lain hendaklah disertakan dengan Rekod Kemajuan Terakhir yang diperolehi dari sekolah sebelumnya.
  • [ENGLISH] bagi kanak-kanak yang akan memasuki peringkat KG 1 dan KG 2, pihak sekolah akan membuat penilaian secara lisan.
  • [ENGLISH] bagi kanak-kanak dan murid-murid yang bersekolah yang akan memasuki peringkat KG 3 dan peringkat Sekolah Rendah , pihak sekolah akan membuat penilaian kemasukan secara bertulis (‘Proficiency Entrance Assessment’). Pihak sekolah berhak menentukan ke peringkat manakah anak tersebut akan dimasukkan mengikut keputusan penilaian yang dibuat.

Morning Session

8.00 am – 11.30 am (Kg 1 & Kg 2)
8.00 am – 11.45 am (Kg 3)

Afternoon Session

1.30 pm - 4.45 pm (Kg 1 & Kg 2)

Attendance

  • Parents/guardians will be contacted if their children are absent from school on school days.
  • Parents/guardians should inform the school in writing if their children are absent for 3 consecutive days.
  • Parents/guardians should send their children to school before school hours.
  • Children or students infected by infectious diseases should obtain medical leave certificates from doctors and are not allowed to attend school one week after the medical leave to ensure that other students are not infected.

Security

  • The school has security guards who are on duty by shifts and is responsible for the security of the school.
  • The school is responsible for the safety of the children and students during school hours only.
  • However, the school will be responsible for children and students upon arrival 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after school hours.
  • In case of any accident that requires immediate treatment, the school will send the student to the hospital and contact his/her parent/guardian as soon as possible.
  • Children and students are not allowed to bring toys to school. If they are found to do so, their toys will be taken by the school.

Food and Drinks

  • The school does not provide food and drinks, children and students should bring with their own food and drinks.
  • Bottle/tin or fizzy drinks and junk foods such as snacks and sweets are not encouraged to be brought to school. Bringing chewing gum or bubble gum to school is not allowed at all.

Books and Stationeries

  • Texts and exercise books and files are provided and kept in the school.
  • Children and students Daily Works will be shown to parents/guardians on Parents Day at the end of the school term.
  • Bringing any perfumed rubber eraser and correction fluid to school are not allowed at all.
